Borrowing Conditions:
Staff of Civil Aviation Department are eligible to borrow
the library materials. For visitors, prior agreement from the Librarian should be sought with a
request letter from the respective department/organisation.

The Headquarters Library will be closed whenever the following weather warning(s) is(are) issued by the Hong Kong Observatory:
- Tropical Cyclone Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement; or
- Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
