Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Borrowing Conditions:
Staff of Civil Aviation Department are eligible to borrow the library materials. For visitors, prior agreement from the Librarian should be sought with a request letter from the respective department/organisation.

You may reach Civil Aviation Department Headquarters by public transportation. Using S1 Bus (Circular) Route starting from Tung Chung Station, passing the aviation fuel tank farm and arrive at the CAD Headquarters. Or start from Terminal 1 (South), Cheong Tat Road, passing terminal 1 (North), Cheong Tat Road, Regal Airport Hotel, Asiaworld Expo, Hong Kong Skycity Marriott Hotel and arrive at the CAD Headquarters. The Headquarters Library will be closed whenever the following weather warning(s) is(are) issued by the Hong Kong Observatory:

  • Tropical Cyclone Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement; or
  • Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.
