Certification Body for Screeners / Instructors of Screeners

RACSF shall ensure that all its security screeners, be them its own employees or the employees of a screening service provider, shall be trained and certified by a Certification Body (CB) acceptable to Civil Aviation Department (CAD) before such screeners are allowed to perform the screening duties of air cargo in the RACSF premises.

The following is a list of CB accepted by the CAD. (Note: The list would be updated whenever there are changes. Please check this page from time to time for updates.) For training and certification of security screeners for RACSF, applicants of the RACSF Scheme can contact the CB on list directly for enquiries.

For companies / entities which are interested in becoming a CB

An entity / company seeking to become a CB shall meet certain eligibility criteria, including but not limited to, at least 5 years’ experience in aviation security screening training and 5 years’ experience in aviation security screening operation.
